​Biography

Assistant Research Fellow and Chief Scientist Assistant for the National Key Project on Virtual Power Plants (VPP). Served as principal investigator for one VPP national key project sub-task and core team member for one national key VPP project plus two NSFC key projects. Awarded: First Prize of Guangdong Provincial Science & Technology Progress Award, First and Second Prizes of China Electric Power Science & Technology Award, Special Prize of Provincial Grid Corporation Science & Technology Award, and Gold Medal at Geneva International Exhibition of Inventions (one award each). Drafted one international and one national technical standard for VPP. Serves as: Youth Editorial Board Member of China Electric Power journal, Youth Committee Member of Energy Conversion and Economics (English edition), and member of CIGRE Working Group C1.52 on VPP.

As lead developer of the VPP intelligent control platform deployed in Zhangjiakou and Yanqing Olympic Villages, provided technical support for Beijing Winter Olympics' 100% clean power supply. Technology transfers have supported VPP engineering projects and industrial development in over 10 Chinese provinces. Additionally, the microgrid energy management and trading system developed as lead creator has completed long-term overseas operational testing and was exhibited at DISTRIBUTECH International (USA). Contributed to China's unified electricity market construction and green power trading policy-making, providing theoretical frameworks and mechanism designs for demand response, VPP operations, control, and dispatch.
