​Biography

Dr. Zhou received the B.Eng. degree in communication engineering from Shandong Normal University, Jinan, China, in 2014, and the Ph.D. Degree in communication and information systems from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, co-supervision from ShanghaiTech University, Shanghai, China, in 2020. From 2020 to 2023, he was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow with the Department of Electrical Engineering, Tsinghua University, Beijing, China. He is currently an Assistant Research Professor with the State Key Laboratory of Power System Opeartion and Control, Tsinghua University, Beijing, China. His research interests include Large-scale Battery Energy Storage System, P2P energy sharing in energy internet, and green computing in 5G/B5G. He is a recipient of the Best Paper Award from IEEE IEECSC 2025, IET ACDC 2024, et al.
